BRAMPTON: Winning the highly respected Top Choice Award for two consecutive years is no small feat!
Brampton real estate broker Vinod Bansal has done it – in 2018 and 2019.
“Top Choice Awards is honoured to announce that Vinod Bansal has been voted Top Choice Real Estate Agent of 2019 in Brampton for his consistent excellence and his pursuit of total customer satisfaction,’’ reads the latest citation honouring the soft-spoken Bansal.
“The award means the world to me because it is the testimony of our very satisfied clients,’’ says Bansal who is a broker with Royal Lepage Flower City Realty Inc. in Brampton.
The renowned international marketing research company Top Choice Awards picks winners each year in various business fields, basing their criteria on customer satisfaction.
“Each year, the company – which operates in the US, the UK and Canada – asks customers to nominate local businesses and professionals for Top Choice Awards on its website. Those who are nominated are then voted by clients based on their experience with them. Those who pass the minimum threshold of votes go to the next round. For its part, the company checks the reputation of these businesses and professionals. In the end, those with a great reputation and the most votes are announced as the winners of their own Top Choice Awards. I thank the people of Brampton for posing their trust in my work,’’ says Bansal who joined the real estate profession in 2013.
Top Choice Awards give a huge boost to winners by further enhancing their brand reputation and integrity, leading to increases in business and sales.

“Integrity is the most important thing in life. For me, clients come first before business. Their best interests are my priority number one. I ensure they get the best value for their money. Since real estate is their biggest investment, buyers and sellers have tons of concerns. I address their concerns one by one. Having addressed their concerns, I tell them to take their time and never pressure them as I want my clients to take well-informed decisions. I tell them that I’m not just their realtor, I'm their friend.’’
Indeed, his tagline says it all. Vinod Bansal – your friend, your realtor.
Bansal says, “Since buyers and sellers face many real estate-related issues such as mortgage, moving, repairs, etc., I tell them I am just a phone-call away.’’
Vinod Bansal's approach has paid handsome dividends, fetching him the Top Choice Award for two consecutive years.
“My goal is to keep building upon my reputation, and to continue helping all those who live in basements and in rentals to buy their dream home as early as possible. Why pay someone else’s mortgage?’’

“Our power has doubled now. Since Gazal has lots of experience in the Financial and IT sectors, it helps a ton! Our clients now get two realtors for the price of one. Isn’t that amazing?’’ he laughs.
“Moreover, lots of families now feel comfortable when they see us working as a couple.’’
A mechanical engineering graduate from Punjab Engineering College, Punjab -born Bansal came to Canada in 2007.
“I came here just to try my luck here in the land of opportunity. My first job was as an Assistant Manager with KFC. I worked there for over a year and then moved to print & online media sales. Then in 2013, I switched gears and became a real estate agent. As a young child, I always wanted to join the real estate world, as my father was a realtor back in Mohali-Chandigarh. Looking back, I can say that I made the right choice.’’
"I strongly believe anyone can make anything and everything happen with the blessings of God and the support of their family."
Indeed, things have been on a roll for this spectacular and friendly broker since then.
