Sukhbinder 'Sunny' Saini of Brampton arrested for sexual assault on driving student

Sukhbinder 'Sunny' Saini, who is an unlicensed driving school instructor, sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl student during an in-car lesson

The Canadian Bazaar BRAMPTON: Brampton Indo-Canadian Sukhbinder ‘Sunny’ Saini, 61, has been charged with sexually assaulting a female student at his driving school. Saini, who has been found to be an unlicensed driving school instructor, sexually victimized the 16-year-old girl when she was a student at his driving school in Brampton, according to Peel regional Police. She was victimized by the suspect while receiving instructions during an in-car lesson. The victim did not suffer any physical injuries. Police have found that his school, Sunny’s Driving School, is not an authorized as it is not accredited with the Province of Ontario. The accused used to advertise his services on online classified websites. Police suspect there may be additional victims and have asked them to contact officers from the Special Victims Unit at 905-453-2121, ext. 3400. After an investigation, Sukhbinder ‘Sunny’ Saini was arrested and charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation. He appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on September 25.
